Indicators of global systemic importance

According to final draft technical standards and guidelines on methodology and disclosure for global systemically important institutions published by the European Banking Authority (EBA) on 5 June 2014, find below the information of Criteria Group related to the end-2016, 2015 and 2014 data collection exercise of the Macroprudential Supervision Group of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.

This information was prepared as Entity bound by the aforementioned prudential regulation. On 26 September 2017 and by resolution of the European Central Bank, CriteriaCaixa is no longer subject to the prudential regulation of Credit Institutions, for this reason it discontinues its elaboration.

Information of Prudential Relevance

This section includes the Prudential Relevance Report with all the disclosure transparency requirements reported to the market pursuant to the legal framework of Basel III established in Europe through EU Directive 2013/36 and Regulation 575/2013.

The Prudential Relevance Report is identical to that sent by Criteria Caixa, S.A.U. to the CNMV (''CIFRADOC'') according to its requirements.
