CriteriaCaixa has a real estate portfolio of 2,673 million euros segmented by type of property and strategy, managed by its own highly skilled real estate subsidiary InmoCaixa.
The strategy is based on maximising value with clearly defined objectives:
Development of real estate assets: land developments for sale/rental, investment in property developments to generate long-term value. Divestment in non-strategic assets.
Real estate rental activity: proactive management of the portfolio to improve long-term returns through residential and office rentals. It includes affordable and social housing, facilitating the access to housing to youth, elderly people and families through the “Affordable Housing Programme”.
Assets for transformation: maximising the value of non-strategic property and prioritising sales based on future expectations of value.
